We strive to provide you with an exceptional online shopping experience, from the moment you complete your purchase until your order is delivered to your door.

1. Free Ground Shipping on purchase

We offer a wide range of shipping options to meet your specific needs. All online purchase orders qualify for free ground shipping within Canada, with no minimum order amount. Rental products are covered in section 2. Your order will be shipped the next business day. We use postal or private courier services.

If you require expedited shipping, please contact Tel-Loc Inc. directly. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

2. Rental Product Shipping Policy

Enjoy hassle-free round-trip shipping on all Tel-Loc rentals. A $40 shipping fee applies to any order containing a rental product: it covers round-trip delivery, meaning both the outbound shipment and the return. This fee is waived on any order of $400 or more, before taxes. A prepaid return label is included with your rental order and must be used to return your rental items to us.

3. Returning your rental:

It is important to use the return label to avoid additional shipping charges. If you misplace the label, please contact us. Missing rental item accessories that are not returned with the original rental kit will be charged to the customer.
