1. Free Ground Shipping

We offer a wide range of shipping options to meet your specific needs. Online orders over $39 (excluding taxes) qualify for free ground shipping within Canada (excluding rental products). Your order will be shipped the next business day. We use postal or private courier services.

If you require expedited shipping, please contact Tel-Loc Inc. directly. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

2. Rental Product Shipping Policy

Enjoy hassle-free round-trip shipping on all Tel-Loc rentals. The shipping cost shown at checkout includes round-trip delivery. A prepaid return label is included with your rental order and must be used to return your rental items to us.

3. Returning your rental:

It is important to use the return label to avoid additional shipping charges. If you misplace the label, please contact us. Missing rental item accessories that are not returned with the original rental kit will be charged to the customer.
