Details of Theft and Damage Protection

Please contact us immediately to report any theft or damage. You remain responsible for rental and usage fees until the incident is reported.

In the event of theft, a copy of the police report must be provided.

If you decline theft and damage protection, you will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the phone and its accessories, based on current retail prices, as well as all applicable rental and usage fees until the theft or damage is reported to Tel-Loc by phone or email at info@tel-loc.com.

If you do not purchase theft and damage protection, you remain fully responsible for all costs incurred.
